We at DAR are extremely happy with the way the movie has shaped up. We have no doubt that this movie will stand out as a trendsetting family entertainer.'

'I thank DAR Motion Pictures and its Chairman Arun Rangachari for giving me this opportunity to shape this film. I am also extremely honoured to have worked with greats like Sachin Sir, Arun Nalawade and Makarand Anaspure,' Atul added.
Commenting on the choice of the release date Mr. Vivek Rangachari, Associate Producer, DAR Motion Pictures, said: 'LALBAUG PAREL our first Marathi production that went on to be a super hit released on 9th April 2010 and so we felt that even TEECHA BAAP TYACHA BAAP, which most definitely will be amongst the biggest films this year, should also release on the 9th. Furthermore, as the post production of the film will only be over sometime around mid-August 9th September emerged as the most logical release date. This would also give us ample time to optimally promote the movie across the state.'
